Refund policy

We understand that candle shopping online can be difficult! If you are not happy with the scent you are welcome to exchange it for an equally-priced candle. Please note that soy wax candles are intended to have a more gentle and subtle scent. If you are used to paraffin wax candles it may take some time to get used to soy wax candles. 

The candle must be in its original form, i.e. not burned or used.

You are responsible for return shipping or drop-off.

Due to hygienic reasons, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on masks or scrunchies.

All other items are eligible for exchanges or a store credit. Items must not show signs of wear&tear. Knit items must not be worn or washed.

We strive to ensure that your item is received in its top-quality condition. However, accidents can happen! If your order is received broken, stained, or in a condition that differs from what is on the website, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days from receipt of the item(s). Contact must be made by emailing hockleycrafting@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). The item must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. If shipping, a tracking number must be provided.

Returned and exchanged items must be in its original condition (no evidence of wearing, washing, tobacco, pet hair, perfume). Items that are shipped back to us in an altered condition will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to you.
