Shipping policy

All items will be shipped from Ontario, Canada via one of our courier partners.

Please allow 1-5 days from checkout for ready-to-ship items to be shipped, 1-7 days from checkout for made-to-order face mask orders to be shipped, and 1-2 weeks from checkout for made-to-order knit items to be shipped.

We will ship your item to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we can only use Canada Post to ship to PO boxes. Please send us a message ASAP if you would like us to ship to a different address. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect address.

Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the price of the item.
